ABC Model of CBT

The ABC model illustrates the sequence of events starting from an external event (A) leading to a belief or interpretation of that event (B) that leads to an emotional response or behavior (C). Our therapists specialize in helping clients identify the source of their negative beliefs, disrupting negative thought patterns, and replacing them with more positive, empowering ones. We believe that when our clients take control of their thoughts, emotions, and behavior, they can achieve lasting change and growth.

Journal

Journaling

Writing in a journal can be a transformative experience, providing a safe space to process and explore thoughts and emotions. The CBT theory believes that the act of writing can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery. Our approach to therapy emphasizes the development of a growth mindset and the importance of being open and transparent with oneself. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feel stuck in your personal or professional life, journaling can be a powerful tool for change.

Goal Setting

As a therapy center, we aim to empower our clients to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. One of the ways we do this is by guiding them to create and maintain realistic and achievable goals. Using the SMART approach, we assist our clients in setting goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Our team of therapists work with clients to ensure that their goals fit their unique needs and desires. We believe that having clear, well-defined goals is a crucial component to achieve personal and emotional growth.
