Elizabeth Santilli is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Florida with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Theory in Couple and Family Systems, followed by a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
Elizabeth has received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Positive Parenting techniques. Her therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration and connection, with the goal of establishing a strong foundation for growth and helping clients achieve their personal and relational goals.

Elizabeth’s clinical specialties include working with family systems, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, conflict resolution, and the inclusion of christian counseling. Her prior experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and strength-based approaches to help clients build confidence and navigate life’s challenges.

For the past four years, Elizabeth has worked at a nonprofit facility focused on youth and family services, where she has gained extensive experience in managing high-conflict situations and applying effective interventions tailored to individual, family, and couple dynamics.

Elizabeth firmly believes that every client holds the potential for meaningful change. Her role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive environment, practical skills, and compassionate guidance throughout the therapeutic process.
